NOCTRA 030
Incense. Leather. Smoke.
NOCTRA 030 is not for everyone. It was never meant to be. This is the collection's darkest, most commanding statement — a fragrance that does not adapt to its environment. It commands one instead.
The opening is a declaration. Oregano arrives sharp, herbal, and slightly medicinal — nothing like what most people expect from a fragrance. Pepper adds raw, primitive bite. A brief flash of Bergamot offers brightness, then disappears — like a candle extinguished before it could illuminate the room. Within moments the opening closes like a heavy door, and what follows is something far more ancient.
The heart is sacred and deeply resinous. Incense dominates — dense, smoky, ritualistic, filling the air like an old stone room where something meaningful is happening. Opoponax adds a balsamic sweetness that amplifies the smoke without softening it. Amber and Labdanum build underneath — layer upon layer of warm, honeyed resin that gives 030 a depth that takes time to fully reveal itself. This is the most complex phase: chaos and harmony existing simultaneously.
The base is where 030 reveals its true authority. Agarwood burns quietly at the core — dark, smoky, unmistakably present. Leather arrives raw and uncompromising, wrapping the entire composition in something primal and unforgettable. Sandalwood provides the only softness — creamy, meditative, a momentary exhale. Patchouli closes the composition with an earthy darkness that anchors 030 to the skin for hours upon hours.
One spray. That is all it requires.
